Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Hayes Street Hotel is often praised for its fantastic location, convenient for accessing midtown restaurants and bars, as well as being within a quick bus ride to Broadway and a 10-minute Uber ride to Broadway and a 10-minute walk to Music Row. Guests appreciate the clean and spacious rooms, although some have noted that certain rooms facing the back parking area can feel a bit like a basement with limited natural light. The hotel's lobby is inviting, and many find the breakfast complimentary, adding to the overall value.

satisfactory experience

helpful valetlocal adviceclean roomhigh feestair use
The valet, graham, offered fantastic local recommendations. He really elevated the stay. i stayed for three nights and found his insights invaluable. the room had a good size and felt quite clean on arrival.
The parking fee was quite high at $42 per night. It seemed excessive. i had to use the stairs a couple of times because of this situation.

The location was really convenient (i enjoyed the easy access to nearby attractions). The staff was also quite helpful and accommodating with any requests i had. it.
The lighting in the room was not ideal. It felt a bit too dim. i found the valet parking to be rather expensive (it added a significant cost to my stay). These aspects impacted my experience somewhat.
